Half up front, half when it goes live. Three months of changes come with it, so text, photos, hours and prices are covered as they move. After that it's $40 a month for up to two changes, or $95 an hour if you'd rather just pay when you need something. If I built it and it's broken, I fix it free for 90 days.

The domain, in your name
Registered on your account with your card, about $12 a year paid to the registrar, not to me. You own it whatever happens between us.
Hosting
These sites are small and fast enough to host for nothing on Cloudflare's free tier. I set it up; there's no monthly bill for it.
Three months of changes
Text, photos, hours, prices. The things that actually move. New pages and new features are separate work and get quoted.
A 90-day fix warranty
If something I built is broken, I fix it free. That's separate from changes you want, which are billable.

Two ways to keep it current

Up to two changes a month, and I keep an eye on the thing. Cancel whenever; you keep the site either way.
$95 an hour
Nothing monthly. Call me when you need something changed and I bill for the time it takes. Better if your site rarely moves.
